- This cylinder head is carefully rebuilt to perform like new. We completely take it apart, deep clean it, and test the casting to make sure it’s solid. Worn valve parts are replaced, new seals are installed, and the valves are precision-machined for proper compression. The surface is finished with advanced diamond tooling for a smooth, factory-quality seal. Finally, everything is checked and assembled to strict industry standards, so you get reliability and long-lasting performance.

Complete Disassembly & Cleaning – Cylinder head is fully disassembled and hot-tank cleaned, then pressure tested to verify casting integrity.

Valve Components Refreshed – All heads receive brand new valve stem seals. Worn valve guides are replaced with new ones as needed.
