Rebuild Process & Quality Assurance

Complete Disassembly & Cleaning – Each head is fully disassembled, hot-tank cleaned, and pressure tested to verify casting integrity.
Valve System Restoration – New valve stem seals are installed on every head, and all valve guides are replaced as necessary to restore proper valve alignment and sealing.
Precision Valve Job – Multi-angle valve job performed, followed by vacuum testing to ensure airtight sealing and factory-level compression.
PCD Surface Milling – Deck surfaces are milled using Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) tooling for a flawless, ultra-smooth finish—ideal for aluminum heads and perfect gasket sealing.
Final Inspection & Assembly – All components are cleaned, measured, and assembled in accordance with AERA (Automotive Engine Rebuilders Association) specifications to guarantee reliability and fitment. We have also added steel inserts to these cylinder heads.
